The Project

Two Roadshows. One Visual Language.

The Sri Lanka Tourism B2B Networking & Roadshow brings together Sri Lankan tourism businesses, travel professionals, media and industry stakeholders across key international markets.

I owned the end-to-end creative production for the roadshow, developing and delivering the visual materials required across campaign communications, digital platforms, print, event environments, screens and signage.

While the wider event programme was delivered collaboratively by the Digital Media Solutions team and the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, I was entrusted with creating a cohesive, brand-aligned visual system that could carry the Sri Lanka Tourism identity consistently across every touchpoint.

From Brief to Final Artwork

Working within a multidisciplinary event team, I took ownership of the creative workflow — translating the project requirements into a unified visual system and producing the final creative assets across the programme.

2024 / Campaign

Creating the First Touchpoint

Before delegates entered the venue, the Sri Lanka Tourism experience began through digital campaigns, invitations, registration communications and promotional content.

Event Experience

Taking the Brand Into the Room

I translated the campaign visual language into the physical event environment, creating a consistent brand presence across stages, LED screens, signage, presentation graphics and delegate touchpoints.

The Transition

2024 → 2026

Following the 2024 Australian programme, I was entrusted to continue leading the creative production for the 2026 roadshow as the programme expanded into New Zealand and additional Australian cities.

The 2026 programme expanded the roadshow across two countries and five cities. The challenge was to scale the creative system while maintaining a consistent Sri Lanka Tourism brand experience across different venues, audiences and markets.
